Learn how to establish credibility and control as a project manager. Learn a tools system to get successful project results from crossfunctional, outsourced and other types of teams. For project leaders lacking clear-cut authority, getting everyone on board—and keeping them there—can be a challenge. Examine strategies to get the best results from your team. Course topics include process tools, strengthening influence and credibility, team dynamics, building trust, influencing up, communicating with confidence, the body language of power and negotiation. - Use the body language of power to increase influence
- Communicate with confidence by taking charge of the signals you are sending
