Course Objectives
- Describe basic management functions and activities
- Identify several leading approaches to human behavior
- Identify and describe differences in organizational structure and management style between the traditional "command and control" approach and the "new economy/team" (West Coast) approach
- Diagnose organizational problems and conflicts, and develop plans for resolution
- Describe and critique your personal management style and the style in use at your company to improve your management/supervisory style
